Mister Plumber

Mister Plumber replaced the existing galvanized pipes with copper. Vlad came on time to provide a free quote, answering any questions I had about the job. He has been very responsive since day 1 and his men finished the job within the promised timeline. I'm happy with the company's service.

House-sitting for friends. I dealt with crew that came to find the issue, then spent many hours replacing clay pipes! Who knew they didn't last forever! The work crew consisting of Grant, Jay, Wawa and Roman 2 were exceptional, in all respects, courteous, knowledgable. Efficient and cleaned up daily, as it become a much bigger job than anticipated! Highly recommend this crew!

Helpful team promptly diagnosed and explained problem, then did repairs. A few days later I called them back because I had noticed another related problem, which they repaired at no additional cost. My house is old and the plumbing is complicated. I felt that the Mr Plumber team had the big picture and was in for the long haul, if necessary. Plumber offered to monitor the eBay of taps for discontinued replacement part which may be needed down the line. That's professionalism.

Wow! I called Andrew, in a panic, this morning because our attempt at fixing our plugged drain caused quite a bit of leaking behind our fridge. Andrew asked a few questions about the problem and then said he'd be right over! Half an hour later he was at our door! He was kind, considerate, and very good with our two dogs. He really listened to my story of what had happened and got to work right away. The leak was most likely connected to our plunging and seems to have been resolved and our sink now drains better than it EVER has! Thank you, Andrew!

Our kitchen sink was about 20% plugged. We tried to repair it first with a plunger and then with commercial drain cleaner chemicals. By the time we finished the sink was about 90% plugged. We called Mr. Plumber. It was obviously a challenging job because the house builder had failed to permit easy entrance to the piping for a plumbing “snake”, there were plenty of right angles in the piping and our attempts to “clean” the line had congealed the large amount of cooking grease that had accumulated over 30 years. Andrew proved very knowledgeable and efficient. It was amazing to see how he successfully tackled the problem and the amount of gunk that there was in the line. Andrew is a very pleasant person to talk with. The work that he accomplished included installation of an entrance port for a "snake" and corresponded well to the cost of the job. He was very punctual and left the work area neat and clean. We would not hesitate to very highly recommend this company and Andrew in particular.

We had a basement bathroom renovation done, and needed the existing pipes relocated. Mister Plumber came in and got the job done well, and in a timely fashion. They were very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Called Vlad to have my lead pipes removed. He gave me a quote the same day.His quote came in much cheaper than the competitors. They did the job the next day within a few hours. They cleaned up very well after themselves. But we also had an issue that required action fro the city, he alerted me to it and kept following up to see if the city had responded even offering several times to call on our behalf when they city was not responding. I would definitely recommend Vlad!

Very happy with the work done and great communication throughout. It was a big job, but disruption was kept to the minimum and the majority of the job was completed in one day. Would recommend and call again for plumbing work.

We contacted Mister Plumber based on the reviews. We had a leak from the bathroom above. We had cut a hole in the ceiling and viewed it with a camera but could not determine the source of the leak. So we sought the help of a professional. A gentleman named Andrzej showed up. He took a look, told us he would DIAGNOSE the problem. The "diagnostic fee" was $168 plus tax. He extended the cut of the hole stuck his head in with a flash light. He said he could not see where the leak was coming from and then he then proceeded to recommend a friend of his to cut the rest of the ceiling. In other words he expected us to pay his friend to cut up the entire ceiling and re-do it. There was NO diagnosis. The invoice only gives recommendations. He had no tools like a moisture meter as one would expect. So almost $200 later we were no further than we had before this company showed up. He promised to return and never did or even follow up.

We would not recommend this company. Just a waste of money and precious time.

Andrew arrived on time, was friendly, explained the process and got the job done in an efficient manner. Andrew put shoe coverups on as soon as he came in and left the work area very clean when he was done. Thank you Andrew. Pauline
