I had lots of problems with contractors who do not know what they are doing or do a temporary fix and disappear. Mister Plumber is very professional. He told me all the alternatives and gave me a thorough and correct assessment of the situation before he started his job. He is very knowledgeable and I do not have any surprise. I called and was greeted politely and the person that came to my door was very helpful. He started by explaining my options and requested what my budget was. I was impressed that he did not try to sell me on things i did not need. The technician was quick, clean and made sure that there were no chance of a leak. He even followed up with a phone call 2 days later to make sure everything was good. I will most definitely recommend him to all my friends.

I was renovating my basement and I was needed plumber to do some work with my sink and drain. My friend recommended Mister Plumber to me and this guy did very good job.
He came on time next day after I called him. He had all the parts needed on him to re-root my pipes and put a new facet, exactly the one I need. It took him a few fours only to complete a job. Other plumbers told me same job will take a whole day. So far everything works great and I’m happy with the guy and the result. Price was fair too. We had a problem with our kitchen faucet. We called around for quotes but the job was either too small for some plumbers to bother showing up or we received estimates that we thought were priced too high for the amount of work involved. Mister Plumber was more than helpful when contacted, showed up the same day and replaced the faucet quickly and neatly. I called Mister Plumber with trouble affecting a tap feeding the central humidifier unit. The phone was answered promptly and a visit had been arranged. Servicemen arrived on time and fixed the issue very quickly; saving my house from extensive water damage. When, approached for an advise on the second issue – the broken pipe on the external (outdoors) tap, he was very responsive, and although could not fix the trouble on the spot, as some custom parts were needed, he arranged for a follow-up visit. The second visit was again delivered on time and issue was fixed very efficiently once more. I liked the friendly, professional approach by Mister Plumber – as he explained in detail all possible reasons for the issues; steps needed to prevent them and steps taken to fix them. He provided a very prompt and fast response. He left behind a job well done and very good impressions. Based on my experience, I would recommend his services to anyone and anytime.
