Wow! I called Andrew, in a panic, this morning because our attempt at fixing our plugged drain caused quite a bit of leaking behind our fridge. Andrew asked a few questions about the problem and then said he'd be right over! Half an hour later he was at our door! He was kind, considerate, and very good with our two dogs. He really listened to my story of what had happened and got to work right away.
