We just purchased a lawn mower from Home Depot on Stone Church Rd.
We have made many purchases at many different locations both in Canada and in the USA from Home Depot.
Never have we dealt with two of the politess, nicest, very knowledgeable fellows as we did today...Aarun & Ben !!!
You guys made our experience one to remember!!

My wife and I ordered a new counter top from Home Depot. Right from the start, we were happy with everything. The assistance with picking out the counter top, the delivery and the installation. Everyone involved was great. Couldn't be happier.

I purchased a can of paint during the rebate period. Ann was so helpful and passionate about her work that it made the experience easy and enjoyable.
The next day I had to purchase a second can of paint. I was not able to redeem the rebate. Ann again was so helpful in assisting me.
If you are looking to paint go see Ann she is very knowledgeable.

I bought new carpet for my rental condo I was selling. The staff selling me the carpet was great - fast, efficient, and my account was quickly charged. The installation process was not so smooth and when the job was done sub-standardly I contacted them immediately as they contract out their installs. Home Depot agreed the part in question was done poorly and contacted the installer who told me that somebody was going to have to pay more money to have it done correctly as per the contract and they would discuss it with Home Depot. After days of not hearing anything I called Home Depot directly to find out what they were proposing. They had no solution, had not been working on not solution, and were not able to tell me when they thought they would be able to come up with a solution. My complaint was forwarded on to another manager "Brian" and now it has been 4 more days and NO COMMUNICATION from Home Depot. They were fully aware of the need for this to be dealt with in a timely manner as the condo is up for sale and viewings were happening. I also bought a Whirlpool fridge from them 3 years ago and have had 3 service calls for, you guessed it, three different issues and I'm still not happy with it. Like prior reporters have stated, they won't give me a new one unless the calls are all for the same issue. I was planning on using Home Depot and their installation services to do some reno's on my own home - mainly the kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and exterior door. I most certainly will not. I won't be buying any more appliances there either. At the most, I may spend my money on some paint and garden rock, but even then, I'm not so sure I want to even do that at this point. Very disappointing.

DO NOT use HD for countertop installation services. The design team will give you one price and when installer comes in to measure they jack the price way up including several charges that were never mentioned in the store. We dodged this bullet and refused to have the countertops installed. We are still awaiting our promised refunded after the customer service rep stated "you were completely misinformed" Don't say you weren't warned

Terrible service. Delivery was to be January 9, 2017. I am still waiting for delivery 2 days later, after purchasing a fridge two weeks in advance of January 9 to allow Home Depot enough time to get the fridge and get delivery scheduled. Lots of finger pointing between Samsung, Home Depot, and the contracted delivery company but NO customer service.

Couple weeks ago or so, I got toilets fixed by plumber sent by this company. Issue has been resolved and closed. Everything is good now and we have no complain.

I purchased my washer/dryer from Home Depot in November, who outsources their deliveries to a company called ‘Logistic Specialty Freight’. Every time I was given a delivery date, they didn’t show up, and then whenever I called to reschedule I had to fight to get a date. This happened 6 or 7 times. I called Home Depot every time and they took no responsibility and just told me it was outsourced and to wait for my call. The Home Depot representatives were very unprofessional and even complained about how bad this delivery company was. Yet they still used them. I was so disappointed with their lack of accountability. I paid for my appliances and it was Home Depots responsibility to ensure they made it to my door. I am lucky English is my first language because if I wasn’t able to navigate this system I would still be waiting for my appliances. I asked for home depot to send out a new set via a different company and I was told they were already picked up from the delivery company and I had to wait. Yesterday my appliances finally made it to my door 7 hours after Home Depot sent the "my appliances were on their way and we were the next delivery" call. After numerous complaints I was sent to a “resolution specialist” and I was told a resolution manager would be calling me. I am still waiting for this call. I have never had to deal with so much incompetence before in my life, both from Home Depot and the delivery company. I will never be shopping at Home Depot again.

On Oct 31st we ordered our counter tops from the Vernon Home Depot. The following week I realized that the charge wasn't showing on my credit card. So we went in and the girl at customer service told us our order had been deleted. So we put the order in again. This time the charge went through so we assumed that all was well. Today was our expected delivery day so we went to the store to check on the status. This time they cancelled our order but kept our money. As I write this our money has still not been credited back to us!! Never will we shop there again!!

The Home Depot Installation team came over to my house today (June 9, 2016) to install two cellular shades for my front entrance sidelights. My new shades looks very nice and the installation crew were very friendly. If you need any window treatment done at your home I would recommend them.
