The install was a 4 day job. The installers kept delaying on day 3 saying they needed 20 mins more etc. They admitted that they wanted to spend the next day out in the sun. After they left I noticed baseboards were propped up but not attached. Many pieces were missing- like a whole section of wall. Quarter round was not brought to the site because they said it would not fit in their truck. When I complained, the fix-up day was initially a Friday, then changed to following Monday, then to the next Friday. I noticed that there were 2 places where the baseboard had not been reattached. When I pointed these out and asked for them to be done Iwas told by the installer that I was getting ridiculous.
They did not replace the cupboard doors in the hallway, or do the transition from hall to laundry room. They built up the floor so high with concrete that it is extremely difficult to open or close the front door.
I am 3xtremely disappointed in the work done, and feel that this business is happy to rip off its customers.
The job is still not finished: baseboard pieces missing, transition not installed.
