Plumbing review in North Vancouver

Couple weeks ago or so, I got toilets fixed by plumber sent by this company. Issue has been resolved and closed. Everything is good now and we have no complain.

What could this company do to improve their services?

Plumbing review in North Vancouver

My experience with HomeDepot and QuickContractors` installation team is terrible. My wife was full of tears when she saw how poor the installation of two toilets was. Toilets were wobbling from side to side and being completely unleveled, the shims very visible and left everywhere . I was wondering how could plumbers do job like this. Apparently they were not even plumbers!! Couple weeks ago or so, I got toilets fixed by real plumber sent by this company. Issue has been resolved.
