Yuri came in such short notice on a holiday to do the inspection for me.

He was very thorough and professional and took the time to inform and teach me about my future home. He made sure I was part of the inspection and that I understood what he was looking at/for. I appreciated that he wanted to have me involved and did not mind me asking questions.

Yuri is a true master of his work. Setting up an appointment date is quick and easy. He is skillful, knowledgable and thorough when inspecting the house that we were considering for purchase. His report is clear, and detailed. It is helpful to have the summary pages of any concerns in the beginning given that these reports often long. His pricing is fair and reasonable given the quality of service that he provides. We would definitely recommend Yuri to all our friends and family.

Yuri helped us with 1-year warranty inspection for our new house. He is thorough and very detailed. He explained the process thoroughly before the inspection and answered all our questions in details. Yuri highlighted all the deficiencies in detail as did a walk-through of the entire house outside, then inside. He helped us greatly to carefully think through some issues that came up during the inspection and of course to consider them in our 1-year warranty report to Tarion. A detailed 55-page report was produced, that very evening - I cannot comprehend such a quick turnaround on such a large report with photos, analysis, recommendations, course of action, etc.
A home is one of the biggest purchase of your life, don't go for the cheap options, go for the quality. Would recommend Yuri to anyone looking to receive this service.

I really appreciate how he takes the time to report on every detail and answer my questions, both during the inspection and after I review his report. The pdf report is incredibly detailed with photos, recommendations, detailed descriptions of issues, and Yuri prioritizes the issues so I can quickly refer to the report to make an informed decision.

Relatively new to real estate investing I chose Yuri on the recommendation of a friend. He was incredible and thorough insisting on getting into every crawl Space to ensure no stone was left unturned. He was incredibly knowledgeable yet knew when to recommend seeking advice from a professional (plumber, electrician etc.) to ensure the problems he flagged didn’t run even deeper.

He also wrote an incredibly detailed, well organized report that was easy to understand. I can’t imagine using another inspector for any upcoming properties we look at and I can’t recommend Yuri enough
