Yuri came in such short notice on a holiday to do the inspection for me.
He was very thorough and professional and took the time to inform and teach me about my future home. He made sure I was part of the inspection and that I understood what he was looking at/for. I appreciated that he wanted to have me involved and did not mind me asking questions.
The next day, he included a very informative report and inserted specific pictures of my future home with detailed descriptions of what needed to be done.
I would definitely use him again and suggest him to my friends!
