I desperatly needed my attic cleaned out! I called Concord Group and they were able to book me in with a 3 day notice.

I was extremely impressed by their level of service, from booking the appointment to cleaning the mold.

Their team was knowledgable, fast, and polite!

The Concord Group replaced old piping in my condo. The price was fair and the work was done on time, on budget, and left a clean work space. When I sold my condo, the buyer insisted on documentation that the piping had been replaced and everyone at Concord, including Paul the owner, reassured them that the work had been done and provided all the necessary paperwork in a friendly helpful and incredibly responsive way that went above and beyond!

This is a well organized and responsive company. They ensured that the design was understood and executed the reno to the letter. The workers were very friendly and polite and and questions we had were answered promptly . They made sure that the construction process was confined to the kitchen area. At the end of each day, they tideied the work area.
We are very pleased with our updated kitchen.

The concord group was amazing! I had 2 floods in less than two months bc of a faulty hot water tank and when the concord group stepped, it was truly life saving! They were reliable, efficient, and got the job done perfectly! I cant thank them enough for their hard work and professionalism!

We had water damage to our living room popcorn ceiling. Paul called us very quickly and Eric came promptly and seamlessly repaired the ceiling. He did a great job, repairing and blending the new ceiling with the old one; we can't even tell that we had water damage and a repair done. He was on time, professional and cleaned everything up afterwards.

I recently discovered that the home I purchased right before the pandemic has a severe black mould problem in the basement and thus needed to be gutted. Not a happy day to say the least.

Thankfully, Paul and the team at the Concord Group were a pleasure to work with. They had a competitive bid and unlike some companies I worked with in the past, the team arrived when scheduled and completed the work quickly without delay. They were also all very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had along the way.

I recently inherited a condo which had not had any upgrades for 30 or more years. The Concord Group was recommended to me. I explained that I had a time issue and needed the work done quickly. It was a major reno, with walls removed, an entire new kitchen, recessed lighting, new flooring and a complete bathroom reno. All of the work was done expertly and within my time limit. we have a pillar that holds up a balcony. this pillar was deemed unsafe and so they came out, provided support beams until the work started. the end result is perfectly done and safe!

Water accumulated in basement and we could not find the source of the water. Contacted Paul of the Concord group who was most helpful and efficient in getting a team out to identify the source of the water and the subsequent clean up. Paul made himself readily available during a difficult time and was able to provide the appropriate guidance I needed. Much appreciated!
