My wife and I were in the process of buying our first home. Our realtor recommended Yuri to do our home inspection. We had a very tight deadline and Yuri made himself available on a moment's notice. My wife and I were just expecting a report to be provided; however, Yuri went above and beyond. He walked us thorough the house and educated us on not only what was wrong, but also why it was wrong and what we could do to fix the problem. We ended up buying the house and will be using Yuri's report as a guide on what to do in the years to come. Could not recommend him more.

Yuri was easy to work with, very meticulous on all his examinations and sent back a great report that was very descriptive. He was very flexible and met the required date and time without a problem.

We used this company for inspection of the new house we are buying. Inspector took his time to walk us through all the details, explained thoroughly all home-related issues/problems and gave us some idea about prices to fix/change different flaws related to the house. He also gave us a very good overview in the end which was very educational.
Now we have a very good idea what we will need to fix right away.

Yuri performed a very extensive and thorough inspection of our prospective home. He brought many details to our attention, that would never have been noticed. His professionalism, and detail oriented personality made him the best choice for the job. We would most definitely use him again.

The inspection was thoroughly conducted, and the report was provided in a timely fashion. The advice received was sound and easy to digest. The rate was higher than what we paid for previously however.
