The inspection was thoroughly conducted, and the report was provided in a timely fashion. The advice received was sound and easy to digest. The rate was higher than what we paid for previously however.

Decent place to get high end products that's of last season. Staff at store isn't very helpful though but they do make an effort. We got the Uppa Baby Vista stroller and the Mamaroo swing and we love them!

Horrible company! Wish I discovered this review site before going to Elte. We ordered a bed almost 8 months ago and never got it yet...their lack of organization is just terrible. They lend us some cheap bars as a temporary solution and our expensive mattress fell through..had we had the time and energy, we would have sued them. Customer service from management is as frustrating. Go elsewhere!!! It's just not worth it to shop here. I sincerely hope they go bankrupt!
