Victorian home over 100 years old
We were recommended to Yuri by a friend who is a realtor. We were very concerned as this purchase involved a very old house, with potential for lots of hidden issues. Yuri covered all 4 floors and examined every nook and cranny. He gave very logical answers to all of our questions. The inspection was just over 3 hours. The report with pictures was received the same day. We feel very confident that there are no real surprises waiting for us when we move in. Many thanks, we would use your services again....but hope we can just stay put!
