We used this company for inspection of the new house we are buying. Inspector took his time to walk us through all the details, explained thoroughly all home-related issues/problems and gave us some idea about prices to fix/change different flaws related to the house. He also gave us a very good overview in the end which was very educational. Now we have a very good idea what we will need to fix right away. Inspector was very educated and knew very well what he is doing and what he is looking for.
