Home Inspections 4 U

This was my 3rd house in Toronto and 3rd home inspection. The Seller allowed us to do a pre inspection, although it was not our offer condition. I found some inspection companies by reviews and picked Home Inspections 4U out of them based on my phone initial conversation.

We wanted to sell our home and the Real Estate Agent suggested to do a pre-sale home inspection to get a better deal and make sure that there were no serious issue that would potentially impact the sale. Yuri was great! Very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions. He provided me with great visuals and reports that allowed me to see my houses inefficiencies.

Professional and experienced, I am sure their are cheaper options out there but why not get it right the 1st time with a seasoned vet.
