The service technician, Murray (322-0001) was informative and knowledgeable. He suggested an number of process that would improve performance of the air conditioner. I was very impressed on this professionalism and tutoring. Very happy with the service and glad to renew the service agreement.

Absolutely fabulous experience with Abbey Air. The team of Jay, Marko and Adam arrived on time, were informative about the process and kept me in the loop as the install progressed. Very impressed with how well they worked as a team cooperating and building on each other's strengths. They finished ahead of the time estimate - even when a gas leak occurred at a neighboring construction site. The house inside and out was in great shape when they left. The testing of the AC and heat was thorough and they made sure I understood how to operate the new thermostat.
I am very glad to have chosen Abbey Air and to know I am in good hands for ongoing maintenance. No hesitation in recommending them. Thanks guys- it was a great experience. Hoop

We called on Friday morning in the middle of a heat wave, and the service was on Friday afternoon. The office called at the appointed time and said the technician was on his way. The technician arrived and fixed the AC within 5 minutes. After that he spent another hour explaining the workings of the AC and the furnace fan. He was very helpful, answering all my questions. Now, the AC works perfectly all the weekend and the next week. Great service from the office and the technician!

I had an air conditioner and furnace installed by Jay, Marko and Adam and they were all terrific! They arrived right on time, were professional and courteous all day. They were attentive to detail in every way; from laying down carpet to protect the floors to vacuuming and cleaning up after they were finished. All features of the units were explained and they answered any questions I had. I am very pleased with Jay, Marko and Adam and Abbey Air!

Great service from Helge Hetzer tonight! Called at around 6pm, in the middle of a heat wave, and Helge was at our house by 8pm. Fixed in a few minutes, very friendly and professional service. Highly recommend !!

Today Jay and Marco installed a new furnace in my daughters home. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, ensuring that electrical and instrumentation lines were properly secured. Prior to leaving they ensured that all aspects of the new thermostat were explained and that the furnace was tested in all modes.
This was followed by Mike and Ross installing a tankless water heater. Again, superb professional service. Impressed with their eagerness to run vent pipes etc in a way that would ease future basement completion. After many years as an engineer/tradesperson it is a pleasure to deal with a company whose technicians are so professional.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Abbey Air Service. The technician (Steve) was able to quickly diagnose an issue which the original vendor who installed the AC 2 years ago was not able to. Steve spent the time to explain to us the problem and required solution. He was very professional and courteous, kept us informed along the way, and ultimately did the job right. We've had no issue to date with the AC (we've had several hot days) and I don't expect we will.

I know that in the future, if something on our HVAC has a fault, Abbey Air Service (and in particular, Steve) will be the ones who can take care of it.

Called in after my furnace was not working and no A/C. Tech said I need a new control board. Abbey Air ordered and completed the repair quickly and at a fair price. Steve completed the repair and walked me through the process and the additional services I requested. Very professional.

Three guys came in to remove my old furnace and air conditioner and install new ones. All three worked efficiently and were very careful that they did no damage to my property. they did a very good job and made sure that they cleaned up after they were done.
I was very satisfied with the quality of their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
They gave me a complete rundown on how to operate the new furnace and air conditioner and I have had no problems since.

Our "1 Season Lennox" air conditioner's compressor had to be replaced. :( It was done under warranty which was a good thing. :)
But the even better part was the service technician who showed up to do the work....Steve Klezok. He has only been with Abbey Air for a little less than a year, but what a wonderful asset he is to the company. I hope he will stay for many years as he is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Very respectful when coming into our home as he wore "booties" over his work boots. Arrived in the time window given but unfortunately he was held up in leaving as it took longer than usual to finish the work due to the moisture build up. He was very patient and wanted to make sure that everything was 110% right before he left. We have been clients of Abbey Air for over 10 years and recommend the company to look after all your Heating and Air Conditioner needs. The staff in the office are great to deal with as well. A "very big thank you" goes out to Zana for all your help with this unfortunate situation and the company for standing behind the products they sell and install.
