I had Chris Moran to inspect my A/C which was not cooling the house. Chris gave me an honest assessment and explained all of my options. He was very professional and I was comfortable with his knowledge and experience. He was great at troubleshooting and did an excellent job in getting my A/C fixed. I wouldn't hesitate to call Chris in the future for any HVAC related service.

We had a new furnace and AC unit installed by Abbey Air earlier in the spring. They did a great job of installing, patching the old system's holes, cleaning up and showing us how to program the thermostat. All done in a day.
The new furnace is a great improvement in comfort over our old unit.
In early May, Adam came for a free checkup to test out the AC unit prior to the summer and gave a great summary of what he completed.

Technician Steve Klezok was able to get here early, called ahead. Arrived early, was courteous and got down to business. Treated my home well (booties over shoes) and was very respectful. Explained all readings to me, told me everything looked good, did a thorough cleaning of outside air unit and was on his way. Allowed me to get about my day. I would definitely recommend Steve and Abbey Air, I have been with them for 10+ years now.

Adam from Service Experts did an excellent job with our regular spring maintenance appointment. He was courteous, did a thorough job and provided a good summary & recommendations on completion of his work. I would recommend this technician & company to anyone in the Oakville area.

Annual maintenance plan and humidifier filter replacement. Technician was on time and was respective of our property. We received a call ahead of the appointment to confirm techcnian was on his way

Was charged for service call although I had work done. Also charged for Leak Dectation although technican could not find leak after 2 hours. Also charged extra for additional gas needed. No concern with cost and services not complete.

Awesome professionals/installers! A real showcase job for both - furnace and AC. Worth every single penny spent although I had a lower quote from another company. Thank you very much Jay, Evan and Marko.

Very knowledgeable technicians, but have the attitude that women don't understand. I was laughed at when I asked a question, but my husband asked the same thing, and it was fully explained to him.
Horrible customer service on the phone as well.
