I had a problem with in-condo washing machine. I was concerned it may have been an expensive repair as you never know what part may need repair. Found Maydone through HomeStars - they had a high rating. Service appointment was booked quickly. Technician arrived as expected. Repair ended up being minor - clogged drain. He fixed it on the spot and cost was very reasonable.

We needed a quick repair of a loose soffit. Time of year was bad because most companies were already booked for spring work and wouldn't be able to come for weeks event to provide a quote. When we contacted Nation Wide Aluminum, they acted fast. Gave us a quick quote based on my description and pictures I sent them; they did the repair within a couple of days. It was a great result and we really appreciated the service we got. Thanks!

We are very pleased with the service we received from Abbey Air Service. The technician (Steve) was able to quickly diagnose an issue which the original vendor who installed the AC 2 years ago was not able to. Steve spent the time to explain to us the problem and required solution. He was very professional and courteous, kept us informed along the way, and ultimately did the job right. We've had no issue to date with the AC (we've had several hot days) and I don't expect we will. I know that in the future, if something on our HVAC has a fault, Abbey Air Service (and in particular, Steve) will be the ones who can take care of it.

We had a garage door installed through Home Depot. It was installed by Adams Door Systems. In general, the installation was okay (the door looks great), but there were a few issues: * door was crooked (3/4 inch gap on one side). They installer came back and corrected it but it is surprising they would install it crooked in the first place * door spring tension is too high - door flies up too fast from half-way point. Although the installer said they would come to correct, they never did and I've been playing phone tag trying to arrange for them to come back * poorly installed weather-stripping trim. The installer used screws to install finishing trim instead of finishing nails so all the screw heads are visible (see photo). When I complained, they said this is how they install it. * the installer left hand prints along bottom of door. On a final note: the contract is with Home Depot, so they end up being the middleman. They have to do more to ensure the installers they subcontract actually do a good job if they want to stand behind their satisfaction guarantee.
