Annual inspection for furnace and it was red tagged. 1 hour later, Dave the Home Comfort Advisor from Holmes Heating was at our house and 1 hour after that the decisions were made, products ordered. The installation of both air conditioner and furnace were smooth and painless, Derek and Steve were the installers and were professional, punctual, and were proactive in protecting carpets, etc. No dirt was left behind. Neil Durling fixed out ventor motor today. He did an excellent job, very effective and really knew his stuff. Neil gave us expert advice on options, and future possible breakdowns and we are now enrolled in the furance maintenance plan. Thx Neil.

A company has many assets...your company has Neil Durling. Early February 12th morning, we were awakened by loud noises coming from our furnace. I immediately called Reliance at the Ottawa number provided. I was put through to a technician named Andre, who told me that he was too busy with other calls and that he would not be able to help us. He suggested we call the main office after 8:30am that morning. Later that day, at 2:00pm, Neil Durling was sent to check on our furnace. I must say his calm assuring way immediately put me at ease. His professionalism was very much appreciated. He has the ability and appropriate knowledge to do his work and help his clients understand their equipment. He is going to help us with follow-up service, which was overlooked after a December 2012 visit. I am looking forward to continuous service with Reliance at the standard that Neil Durling provided.

Reliance Holmes Heating provides the very best in service. Our 25 year old furnace was replaced within 24 hours, set up and running by Andrew and Zack. Holmes offers the option of renting the new equipment, with your first year's rental going towards the optional buyout price. A terrific option - and the service is excellent all round.

Neil Durling replaced a control board in our furnace . He was efficient, polite and a pleasure to chat with. I'm thoroughly satisfied with his service and that of others from Holmes who came in to diagnose the problem we were having. Holmes' customer serive is excellent.

Neil Durling was very polite and efficient. Our furnace was not functioning properly and had to have the circuit board changed. He had everything fixed in about an hour. Repairs were covered under our maintenance plan with Holmes.

Our furance would not ignite recently on a very cold night. Although not a customer of Reliance Homles, we caled and their Neil Durling arrived within 6 hours and saved the day for us. We had originally planned to contact Holmes for a contract quote the very next day - before the emergency happened! Mr. Durling was very thorough and his work was sincerely appreciated! We are now customers.

we had our furance blowing cold air after the temputure had been reached...Neil Durling came and saved the day . He noticed that someone had push the fan bottom on our HRV system on and the fan was running all the time which is connected to our furnace. He was very knowledgable and very nice man. He called befor e he came and was on time in a BIG snow storm. Fantastic service....very nice person....love the company Holmes heating -reliance
