A company has many assets...your company has Neil Durling. Early February 12th morning, we were awakened by loud noises coming from our furnace. I immediately called Reliance at the Ottawa number provided. I was put through to a technician named Andre, who told me that he was too busy with other calls and that he would not be able to help us. He suggested we call the main office after 8:30am that morning. Later that day, at 2:00pm, Neil Durling was sent to check on our furnace. I must say his calm assuring way immediately put me at ease. His professionalism was very much appreciated. He has the ability and appropriate knowledge to do his work and help his clients understand their equipment. He is going to help us with follow-up service, which was overlooked after a December 2012 visit. I am looking forward to continuous service with Reliance at the standard that Neil Durling provided.
