Annual inspection for furnace and it was red tagged. 1 hour later, Dave the Home Comfort Advisor from Holmes Heating was at our house and 1 hour after that the decisions were made, products ordered. The installation of both air conditioner and furnace were smooth and painless, Derek and Steve were the installers and were professional, punctual, and were proactive in protecting carpets, etc. No dirt was left behind.
