Great maintenance of air conditionning unit and furnace by Alex Smith. He has been servicing our equipment for several years and was instrumental in identifying the problems we were having with our new furnace after installation. We insist on Alex doing our maintenace yearly. He's the best!

AC technician Sean Gervais provided excellent timely (2 hours early) maintenance to our 22 year old AC compressor recommending a new eligible replacement motor. Very pleased with his professionalism and advice. We have been on the Annual Maintenance and Protection Plan with Holmes for more than 30 years and have been very satisfied with their service.

Tim and Trevor came over the same day we called, and they installed a new tank. Great service and very friendly people. The tank that I used before had a leak, and everywhere was wet, but they gave me tips on how to prevent water damage and molding. Very pleased.

Neil Durling arrived on site to perform the annual maintenance on my furnace. With his professional and attention to detail was able to discover a hazard with my furnace. Though his findings led me to purchase a new furnace, I was very impressed with his ability to identify the problem, apologize for delivery the news, and able to recommend solutions. Neil had also contacted his company to have a follow up to discuss options for replacement.
Though I spent much more than I wanted to, I am still thankful Neil was on site to service the equipment.

I am renting my HVAC system after an emergency replacement last year by Holmes Heating, which I must say was probably the best install of any I've ever had. The rental includes full maintenance, and Reliance called me to remind me to book the service a week or so ago. They transferred me to Holmes Heating for the booking and today Ryan B from Holmes came by (right on time) and performed a complete maintenance very efficiently. He removed the outer cover of the Air Conditioner to eliminate invasive vines, he hosed down the outdoor unit and then performing the inside work on the furnace and AC, vacuuming and rinsing parts as needed. He also increased the humidity setting at my request as dry noses were starting to bother us. We went over the entire report and the unit is operating perfectly. I have to say that I am very impressed. I cannot say enough about my experience over the last 14 months with Holmes Heating and Reliance. I would not hesitate to recommend Holmes and Reliance.

Mike came to our home to do our yearly maintenance on our HE furnace and A/C. He was extremely thorough and in 5 years, was the first technician to use a hose on our A/C unit, and he spent a considerable amount of time on our furnace as well. I'll be asking for Mike again next year! And with the new maintenance plan, we'll save $100 a year!

They worked long and hard on what turned into a bit of a challenging job due to some structural issues with our basement, but they offered several solutions to deal with our issues, gave us good advice, and all went smoothly. They were good-humoured and efficient from start to finish, and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived!
