Reliance Holmes Heating And Cooling Ottawa

I am renting my HVAC system after an emergency replacement last year by Holmes Heating, which I must say was probably the best install of any I've ever had. The rental includes full maintenance, and Reliance called me to remind me to book the service a week or so ago. They transferred me to Holmes Heating for the booking and today Ryan B from Holmes came by (right on time) and performed a complete maintenance very efficiently. He removed the outer cover of the Air Conditioner to eliminate invasive vines, he hosed down the outdoor unit and then performing the inside work on the furnace and AC, vacuuming and rinsing parts as needed. He also increased the humidity setting at my request as dry noses were starting to bother us. We went over the entire report and the unit is operating perfectly. I have to say that I am very impressed. I cannot say enough about my experience over the last 14 months with Holmes Heating and Reliance. I would not hesitate to recommend Holmes and Reliance.
