Alex arrived on schedule and resolved the AC problem (plugged drain art furnace and replaced required parts. He also carried out the annual maintenance check on the furnace. His thoroughness blew me away. His professionalism, knowledge and skill have locked me in as a customer for life!

Our AC had started performing sluggishly and running continuously (though the weather was getting cooler not warmer) and the furnace had started to ice up from the AC coil inside. We called the service center, and as promised they dispatched a technician for later in the day. The technician that showed up (Neil Durling) was friendly and clearly knowledgeable and well equipped for his job. Neil took his time to carefully and diligently review the AC inside and out, to diagnose the problem(s). He also took his time to answer our many questions and to make sure we were comfortable and clearly had an understanding of what he was fixing as well as an additional part that he needed to order. We are very happy with the service call and overall experience. A big Thank You goes out to Neil and to Reliance Holmes.

I called this company to figure out why our house was so hot in the summer and see about a new A/C unit. Neil Durling came by and did a very thorough job looking at our system, and recommended very reasonable repairs and fixes (not the most $, but just what was needed). He seems very knowledgeable and was clean, on time, and polite. We learned lots from him! Feddie (home comfort advisor) was also very polite, knowledgeable and seemed very honest about what needs to be done, and what can wait. Getting a quote from another company now too, so will see how they compare, but very pleased so far!

Neil and Andrew were great. They were on time and very polite. They took the time to explain to me the situation I was in and may be in, in the future for both Air Conditioner and Furnace. They gave me pointers on how to save energy and money. I will likely purchase a new furnace through Holmes but was sad to hear they will not be back to install it. They did tell me that the installers were excellent too.

My air conditioning was broken when we had the really hot spell. Neil was the service man that came to fix it. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He got the job done quickly. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Thanks Neil

We had had a really good experience with Reliance. They weren't the cheapest quote but they were also not the most expensive. He was able to meet with us in the evening so both me and my husband were there.

I had some water dripping on floor ... the technician Ryan B arrived early and quickly unplugged the tubing and did a full maintenance check. Fast and pleasant service. I'm happy ... thanks.

Once again, Neil Durling was extremely efficient in getting the job done. There was some cool air escaping from the duct work around the furnace, and Neil taped every spot!!! I have always been pleased with the work done by Holmes, and Neil is certainly one of their better repairmen. Good work Neil!!!

I am very pleased with the service from Neil Durling. He was at my home on Sunday June 23, 2013 and changed my A/C coil. It was a 6 hour job on a hot day and Neil was very pleasant. He did a very good job and I am very satisfied with his work. Thanks Neil.
