Neil Durling arrived on site to perform the annual maintenance on my furnace. With his professional and attention to detail was able to discover a hazard with my furnace. Though his findings led me to purchase a new furnace, I was very impressed with his ability to identify the problem, apologize for delivery the news, and able to recommend solutions. Neil had also contacted his company to have a follow up to discuss options for replacement. Though I spent much more than I wanted to, I am still thankful Neil was on site to service the equipment. Thanks
