My dryer was not producing heat, but I have an unusual model that was a bit difficult to fix. Jack was able to find the problem and fix it at a very reasonable price. I found him to be very professional and honest and he explained fully the problem and the best solution.

Look no further, Jack is very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed our older dishwasher without access to a diagnostic diagram or process. Only charged 1/2 hr labour for a lengthier process to identify and fix the problem.

Jack got back to me quickly, showed up on time and solved my problem in under 30 minutes. His price was very fair and he was very kind (especially to my crazy dog). I would highly recommend his services and will definitely be calling him if I need help with any other appliance.

Highly skilled, professional, resourceful, and oh so very pleasant - truly, you can't ask for better than Jack's Appliance Repair. The fan was burnt out on our much used basement fridge. Jack set up an external fan to cool the motor thus enabling us to use the fridge, while he searched out a replacement part. He found the dated part in record time and returned promptly to complete the repair. With a slight modification the part was installed and the fridge is now functioning normally. The psychic repairman! Jack came by a few hours after calling him. He saw our daughter as soon as he walked in and guessed the problem. Sure enough he was right (sock in the pump). Was in and out quickly and knows his stuff!
