Like all the other reviewers, which is the reason we chose Jack's, he responded to our call quickly, gave us an estimate, ordered the necessary part and installed it the next day. Jack was prompt, dependable, knowledgeable and his pricing was very fair. Too bad everyone doesn't work this way!
