Jack is amazing. He was at my house within an hour! Prompt! Friendly! He was able to fix the problem with my dishwasher in 15 minutes! Definitely will recommend Jack and will call him again!

Our usually dependable Maytag washer stopped working. Called Jack. He came the next day as promised, identified the problem and the necessary part and came back the next day again as promised to complete the repair. Jack returned my call quickly and showed up at the appointed time. He was friendly and after asking a couple of questions had narrowed down the problem to 2 possibilities. He correctly diagnosed the main problem of a leaking screw in the water leveler ( manufacturer's fault) and also suggested correcting the forward tilt of my machine to get better performance. This was accomplished within 15 minutes and the dishwasher worked perfectly after that! I would call him again for appliance repairs.

Jack was on-time, pleasant, thorough, and made sure that I had a clear understanding of what was wrong with my dryer and what he was doing to repair it. He was even comfortable with me watching and asking all sorts of questions so that I could learn more about how the dryer works.

I contacted Jack based purely on his Homestars positive reports. He arrived well in time for his appointment. He immediately recognized the problem with my dishwasher and changed the $8.50 part. He tightened the dishwasher door and showed us the defective part. His charge was very fair and reasonable. We found Dave to be friendly, knowledgeable and honest and would highly recommend him. We will definitely call Jack whenever we need an appliance repair person.

Jack repaired my icemaker this week. He found a problem in the wiring and repaired the connection. Highly recommend Jack - very pleased with this repair. Wish I'd called him earlier and his rate is reasonable as well.
