Jack's Appliance Repair

My 33 yr. old washer was leaking. I called Jack to see if it could be fixed although I had my doubts. While I'm sure anyone else would have just suggested that I replace it, Jack took the time to repair it. It is now working great. Super job!!! and very reasonable.

We had Jack's come out and fix our stove when the power went out. The stove would not heat up. They came out and fixed it at no charge even though it just ran out of warranty. They were very knowledgeble and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

Jack was on time, provided excellent service and was quick and efficient. Jack replaced the main element in my dryer with a part he had on hand in the truck.

Washing machine vibrating badly across the floor - Jack came within an hour - checked things out - the tub brake is wearing out - gave some good advice. Very pleasant and knowledgable.

Jack arrived at the house 10 minutes early, he was very nice and knowledgeable and helpful. He provided great service and advice about our Maytag Neptune washing machine (it has more than one problem, including burnt out control board and a leak in the bottom) and based on what the new control board costs we decided not to repair it. Jack helped us decide by providing possible scenarios, and he also gave us advice about what to look for in a new front loading washer. I will definitely call Jack again next time we have an appliance problem.

I had the top element of my oven burn out and Jack came over and assessed the problem, which was exactly what I thought. He didn't have the part to replace that day, but ordered it and came back the next day to replace. Both days he was early for the appointment and called prior to coming so I knew when to expect him. He was quick, clean and very courteous. He did excellent work and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an appliance repairman.

He is fast and polite and tells you when your appliance is worth fixing. Jack sticks to his price and I had it done 5 years ago - and it's working well.
