Jack returned my call quickly and showed up at the appointed time. He was friendly and after asking a couple of questions had narrowed down the problem to 2 possibilities. He correctly diagnosed the main problem of a leaking screw in the water leveler ( manufacturer's fault) and also suggested correcting the forward tilt of my machine to get better performance. This was accomplished within 15 minutes and the dishwasher worked perfectly after that! I would call him again for appliance repairs.
