Love the variety of products they carry and their pricing is very competitive.
However, their customer service skills are terrible. We have purchased a slew of products from them, bathtub, shower kit, etc. Finding a sales person to start was a nightmare. They are more interested in talking amongst themselves. When the sales person finally came, he was completely uninsterested and seemed annoyed that we were bothering him on a Friday night. They are not prompt when responding to email. In fact, I had to follow up by email several times and then when I finally received a response she asked me questions which were answered in previous emails. Their receptionist is exceptionally rude and I will not be going back to them for any remaining items, including kitchen hardware.

Our Kohler toilet went on the fritz and I called and dropped by two stores before I went to Taps. Their service department had the part in stock and the person there gave me helpful advice to make sure we got it working. They will be my go to choice for bath & kitchen fixtures from now on!

Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable. Prices were excellent. Return policy outstanding. This company is trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. Selection was vast and ordering a product took only 3-5 days and customer was notified upon its delivery.

We bought almost everything at Taps and I cant tell you how many times I had to go back to pick things up and replace parts missing. The sale person was helpful but not as attentive and he was just swamped. So many things were back ordered it became a pain.

I think her name was Brandi, she was amazing, calm and very helpful. Especially when I needed to return one of the sinks as it did not work in my design- my fault entirely.

I did a total gutting of an existing house in Toronto. I bought for 6000$ of faucets, baths, toilets, etc. I choose Taps Wholesale Bath Centre. The service was exceptional. Peter Coffa, their sales representative was so helpful. His service and expertise are remarquable. Same thing with the delivery person who was very careful with not damaging the brand new walls and wood flooring. I cannot recommand enough this company.

I've had two dealings with this company and they do have great products at great prices, but their service is horrible. My first sales associate claimed he couldn't release any product information to me unless I was purchasing on the spot. As I do like to shop around, I asked for a quote on a tube, two sinks, two toilets, faucets, kitchen sink, totaling around $5000. he said he would email me one that afternoon. It's been a week and I'm still waiting. (I gave him a business card so I don't think the email address was mistyped) Anyway, we ended up buying most of these items from a company down the street as we were put off by the service we received. However, we did have to by our bath hardware from Taps. With our second sales agent service improved only slightly. I am still waiting to hear back on a change to my order which is time sensitive.
Overall opinion: shinny showroom, service that sucks.

Today I went in to Taps with the serious intention of purchasing everything for a complete new bathroom other than the tiles (which I would get next door at CIOT, where they were great!). After waiting about 20 minutes for someone to become available to serve me, the guy obviously could not be bothered selling me anything. I asked if they had any 23 inch vanities. "I don't think so. No. I don't think so." OK. How about bathtubs that are 60x32? "That's this one" (he says pointing to one that is 60x34). OK. Still, I persevered. Then I wanted to know what different components of Grohe valves, etc., I should get to go with the shower head I had chosen. No matter what I asked, the salesman kept saying "Well, that's going to cost you more money." So, how much? He never did answer my questions about what components are needed and complementary and he never did tell me the price of anything. He obviously couldn't be bothered calculating it and seemed to have decided that as a customer I was not worth the effort. I went back to my office and made an appointment to go back to Ginger's to order what I need from there instead.

We weren't sure what brand of tub we should buy for our new bathroom, but Donny gave us some suggestions as to the benefits of the different brands available and we were then able to make an informed decision.

Products purchased was more high end German made products. There was a large selection to chose from with various price points. The product chosen looked nice and fit in well with design of the bath room.
