Love the variety of products they carry and their pricing is very competitive. However, their customer service skills are terrible. We have purchased a slew of products from them, bathtub, shower kit, etc. Finding a sales person to start was a nightmare. They are more interested in talking amongst themselves. When the sales person finally came, he was completely uninsterested and seemed annoyed that we were bothering him on a Friday night. They are not prompt when responding to email. In fact, I had to follow up by email several times and then when I finally received a response she asked me questions which were answered in previous emails. Their receptionist is exceptionally rude and I will not be going back to them for any remaining items, including kitchen hardware.
