Sar Gas Services Inc

We are a small charity that had recently moved into new space donated to us rent-free by a local property owner. We learned that the gas meter had been locked because of a problem with the hot water tank. Not knowing what to do, I walked up the road to S.A.R. Gas Services. Tony came back to the office with me and fixed the problem on the spot, at no charge. A few months later, when an electrician we had hired to do some work for us cut off the power supply to our air conditioner, I called Tony. His crew came in, diagnosed the problem and solved it. He didn't waive the fee this time, but the cost was reasonable and the quality of service good.

I called SAR one Monday morning in hope that they could get to my home quickly,, the furnace stoped working over night and when I woke up it was freezing, my neighbour told me to call SAR "they're great" he says. Well he was not wrong at all !! I called them at 9am ,they were very kind and assured me that they would try there best to hurry since I have my newborn in the home, by 9:45 i had a very polite technician at my door , It took him about an hr to repair the problem , I was charged a very decent rate ,and did'nt have to wait for two days like other gas companys .... I would highly recomend this company to everyone i know.

Charged $45 for 10 min of work! Came out, criticized the BBQ, saying that it was too big and that they didn’t have the parts for that type of BBQ. Tech then told me that they would have to build the pipe connection as they are not bbq specialists!

Have a detailed conversation with them before they send anyone out!

Our boiler was kicking out, not getting hot water to the radiators. After two visits at $100 each, I was given some quick fix solutions but the problem was not resolved. I ended up going with someone else to get the job done.
