Charged $45 for 10 min of work! Came out, criticized the BBQ, saying that it was too big and that they didn’t have the parts for that type of BBQ. Tech then told me that they would have to build the pipe connection as they are not bbq specialists! Have a detailed conversation with them before they send anyone out!
