Very professional and courteous service.  Provides more services including garage doors which made my life easier! I liked the extent of customization I could do to ensure my door was unique. Goyo the installer worked until the job was done with no mess and no fuss. Consumers Choice is highly recommended!

I saw an ad in those packages that come in the mail and decided to call and get a free estimate. The scheduler was accommodating and very polite. 3 days later I had Peter come in to look at my back patio doors that desperately needed to be replaced. He quoted us a very reasonable price and was in and out of the house in no time at all. 6 weeks later the installer came to replace the doors. He was very tidy using drop sheets and did the job quickly. I admire good workmanship and Consumers Choice did a superb job. Peter is a real gentlemen and it was a pleasure working with such a professional company who has strong customer service values.

Upon first meeting and discussing the project with Alex, I knew I would be working with someone who cared about his work and stood behind the product he was selling. Alex was informative and patient with me when confronted about a minor problem with the window sizes I had initially wanted. He took the necessary steps to ensure the job would get done correctly and I would be happy with the layout. All along I felt the insight and skill of the Consumers Choice team to be both refreshing and reassuring. We were so pleased with our basement windows we asked Alex to come back in 2 weeks to talk about changing our front door! No need to look any further, Consumers Choice is a 10/10!

Alan Coghill is an excellent representative of Consumers Choice. He arrived on time to our appointment and quickly identified that many of the seals were broken within our windows which were producing condensation. Not ready to make such a huge purchase, Alan showed us our many different options and financing plans through Consumers Choice which assured us this was a reputable company among other things. After signing the contract and Alan leaving there were many questions I had felt I had forgot to ask and called him the next day. He came back with no problem to answer all of our questions and placed no pressure on us which comforted us and made us feel very confident in our decision.

I have had great experience working with consumers choice in the past on several occasions. They re did my whole house which included approximately 12 windows, 2 patio doors and 2 double doors which made the value of my home jump incredibly especially with it making my home so energy efficient. I also just had Mike Skakich come to our newly purchased home to look at the bay windows in the front. I am very confident that the job will be superior to all other companies and stand proudly behind Consumers Choice work.

A free in home estimate was provided in advance to thoroughly explain the product. The office staff were well organized and very courteous. The representative had called to confirm the appointment before arriving and gave good advice and advised us on what he believed best suited the house. Being a first time home owner and having 0 experience with renovating a house, Alex (the representative) as well as the customer care department made this job as easy as possible and virtually effortless.

Consumers Choice is the best renovation company we have ever worked with! From the initial phone call that was made to the company to inquire about a free estimate to the day of installation, we have been very pleased. We spoke with Nikki and she was absolutely fabulous, she seemed very knowledgeable and was very pleasant to listen to. She answered our call quickly and set up an appointment to when it was convenient for us as we wanted both of us to be home when the representative had come. The Sales rep (Mike Musso) was wonderful and charming. His laid back personality and quick wit put us at ease. He answered every question without hesitation and with care. He explained the different products and suggested which ones he thought would be most beneficial to us. We felt no pressure as he assured us to get other quotes as he was confident we would still choose Consumers Choice. We had all of our windows replaced as well as our beautiful new front door. The installer John had come out to re-check measurements and asked if there were any additional questions that we were interested in. Our windows came in earlier than expected and we were given the option to have them installed at an earlier date which we were happy about. John worked carefully and it was as if he was installing the windows within his own home. They covered our floors and everything was immaculate when he had finished. He took off all of the stickers and wiped down the products as well as showed us how to operate them. Both Mike and John were a pleasure to have in our home. We will recommend Consumers Choice to anyone who is looking for a reputable and reasonably priced company with quality products to offer. Mike explained to us that our windows (enersave) are Energy Star rated and we could apply for a Government Grant because they are so high in efficiency and that they are also a Canadian product which is an added bonus. We could not find another company that could come this close to perfection. We are so pleased with Consumers Choice and all of their employees throughout the different departments

Joe Waddell was a clean and respectful representative. He arrived early for the appointment, walked us through the different options and answered all of our questions patiently. He even educated us on how we can save money by buying enersave windows! We were happy with the quality of product and believe the cost was priced accordingly. Very competitive prices.
