A free in home estimate was provided in advance to thoroughly explain the product. The office staff were well organized and very courteous. The representative had called to confirm the appointment before arriving and gave good advice and advised us on what he believed best suited the house. Being a first time home owner and having 0 experience with renovating a house, Alex (the representative) as well as the customer care department made this job as easy as possible and virtually effortless.

The day of installations I was anxious to see the outcome. Dale came to the house on time with the appointment scheduled and was very courteous. Dale used drop sheets to ensure the hardwood floor would not dirty, installed quickly and diligently and I was enthused with how he perfected the installation. It was as if he was installing it in his own very home! He wiped the door clean, and left no mess. I am extremely impressed with how smoothly my installation went and love my new door!

We needed windows for our entire house but I was wary of doing such a huge job all at once and wanted to see the quality of work that would be done before continuing the job. We signed the contract and waited approximately 6 weeks for our installations. Domenic came to install the windows and was very polite and respectful within the home. We are VERY pleased with the work and signed on to do the rest of the house! We recommend Consumer Choice to all of our friends and family!

Very good job done by Consumers Choice! We replaced 11 windows and 1 door. The job was done in one day. My wife and I both left for work and when we returned the job was done, all of the old windows were removed and the inside and outside of the house was immaculate. Installers were very trustworthy and Consumers was very accommodating and nice people to have in your home!

I had the front windows done for my Victorian Home. I was looking for a certain look to pertain to the look of the home and found this hard while researching and getting various quotes from different companies. Consumers Choice was able to customize all of my wishes. The sales person was great and friendly. Not pushy at all or into the hard sell. The scheduler did everything in her power to accommodate me and the installation team performed great and were very nice people. The estimate was very competitive and offered me something other companies could not which was the unique style of windows to compliment my Victorian home.

Very professional and thorough. Larry went over what was required and the various siding options available. He was always responsive to questions and returned calls quickly. A fairly large job was completed efficiently with great results. It improved the look of my home 100% . Jerry and his team worked exceedingly hard throughout during difficult weather conditions. A few months ago I needed to replace the windows in my kitchen and I had called a few other window companies who advertised in the yellow pages and found their prices ridiculously overpriced. I stumbled across Consumers Choice when I was at a Home & Garden show and decided to leave my information to get a free estimate after the young lady helping me was so outgoing and knowledgeable. What really surprised me is that the representative (Alex) arrived precisely on the agreed time for the appointment. He went into detail explaining all of the pro’s of the product and did not give me a normal “sales pitch.” He was upfront and told it like it was. The price was moderate and I was even willing to pay more just considering how good the service is which I believe is what a company stands for. He performed the requested job and left 0 mess. Whenever I have a window or door renovation I have no doubt whom to call.

From sales to installation to after-service care, all aspect of the work done was excellent. My salesmen had interesting, creative ideas that worked within my budget. The windows are of excellent quality and the installation crew was professional, efficient and paid attention to detail. All in all, I am delighted with my window replacement experience because of Consumers Choice.

The crew was professional and prompt, neat and the installation/framework was done perfectly! They were even patient and friendly with our 3 dogs! I had received 3 other quotes and decided to choose Consumer’s choice because the entire outfit was very professional from a prompt appointment being scheduled to a very knowledgeable salesman who visited me.
