With so many window companies to choose from and the overwhelming experience of such a renovation needed to be done, we were apprehensive of which company to choose. We had 4 quotes from different companies and the choice was easy to choose Consumers. By choosing Consumers choice to replace all of our leaky windows we were rewarded with excellent service, sales and installation, product and they even called following our installation to see if we were satisfied with the work done and asked if there were any recommendations we could give in order to help future customers. I could not think of any! Everything went so smoothly. Our windows are the best of the line and this was our best experience in working with any renovators/contractors within the last 10 years. We are extremely happy customers!

Rob came to the house to give us a free quote and was very reliable and trustworthy. Brendan the installer came on his own because his partner was sick and completed all the work almost effortlessly because he was so experienced and knowledgeable. I was happy he left the place just how he found it. Very tidy.

We found the workers to be very courteous and open to answering all of our questions. The work was done efficient, thorough and quick and left the place spotless after the installations. Overall we were very pleased with the workmanship and the product. We have already recommended them to family.

I have dealt with Consumer’s choice before replacing the doors at my house and went back to them for a second time because of the high quality job they had previously done. Once again they did not disappoint, I went to the same salesperson Joe, who was helpful in selecting the best possible window for my house. Install was smooth and the window looks great. I will definitely be going back to Consumer’s Choice for the next home renovation I need done.

Friends of ours had their siding done by Consumer’s choice a few years ago and the quality of the job done is what stood out to us, it still looked brand new. John came to install the siding at our house and with his team did it quickly and left no mess in the area they were working in. The whole process from my initial visit from Joe the salesman up to when Justin and his team came to install the doors was very pleasant. Joe was on time for his appointment and always returned my calls promptly to address any questions/concerns I had. Overall, I have found that Consumer’s choice is a very professional outfit that I will be doing business with again in the future.

The product and installation were perfect. However, there was miscommunication between the order put in and what the sliding door installer, had to do--parts were ordered and paid ahead and were not needed--try to get a credit out of them, after the fact, Ha. I was not explained fully how the paying terms would be e.g. a finance company took over the payment details--what a pain they were. I was not told another charge went to the finance company to set-up an account. When trying to contact the order person, as to what was ordered and when are they finally gonna show-up, etc. the gals at head office are really rude. What awning I got is not what I thought it would be! The outcome is the best, installation-wise but the customer service is the pits.

We were very content with the work ethic by Consumers Choice and its staff. Francis arrived to our house and began working as soon as he stepped in the door. He did not pressure us into buying and even suggested going to the showroom which is not too far from us and even offered to meet us there to more thoroughly show us the product! We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the showroom and its friendly office staff. Francis took his time and was very patient with us through the entire process of renovating our windows and door. We were extremely satisfied with the workmanship of Francis.
