The Sales Rep., Danny Jack, has been very helpful. We bought all our doors from him five years ago and are happy to do the basement windows with him this time. The window installer, however, can use some trainings on patience & customer service.

Needed new window and consumer's choice and recommended by a friend. so, I call them and was very satisfied with the sale rep and cost. Installation was done in one day and installer clean up every thing before leaving. I would recommend Consumer's choice to friends and family.

I'm going to start with the positives and say that our installers were fantastic, worked very hard and we couldn't be more happy with them. They got to our place when they were scheduled to, and dealt with our previous door which was a disaster. Did not look like a fun job, but they made sure it all got done and kept us involved along the way to make sure we would be happy with the end result. We've only had the door and sidelights installed for a week now, but we're happy with the quality of the product

Our only negative would be the sales guy we dealt with. During the initial consult, we weren't 100% sure on the direction we wanted to take, but we were told by the sales guy this wasn't a problem and to just contact him if we decided we wanted to change anything as it would take a while for the order to go through, proper measurements to be taken, etc. Phone calls and emails went unanswered, eventually we talked to head office but it was very frustrating to say the least. Eventually we were able to change our order but it was a painful process.

To summarize, good product and great, hardworking installers but I wouldn't deal with that sales rep again.

I am very pleased with the work this company has done. The technicians are efficient, on time, clean and they did not mess up my place. Their work exhibit super master craftsmanship.

The service we received was fantastic from the sales person and the installers. Product so far has been great. We would recommend this Consumers Choice Window company to my friends and family.

I have used consumers choice for several projects now, and would not hesitate to contact them in the future. The egress window was a big job and the work was extremely cost effective and well done. The customer service team is responsive and professional and helped resolve the only issue I had. Good company, good prices and good products.

We used Consumers Choice services for the second time this summer , two years ago they installed new windows and this time patio door. Service they provided was excellent. The staff is very helpful and professional. They delivered what they promised

We contracted Consumers Choice about having some windows installed. From the first phone call to get an estimate, to getting the finish product installed everything went very smooth. Peter our sales person was great and very knowledgeable. The gentlemen who came to install the windows were very professional. They covered up the areas they were working in so nothing got damage. All the debris was removed lwhen they were done. I love my new windows. I would definitely call Consomers Choice again for future windows.

We hired Consumer's choice to do the siding on our detached home.

They offered full visibility to a realistic timeline to get the job done. We had initially chosen this company to do our siding on the strength of the customer service reviews. Being that we are NOT handy people, nor do we truly have a lot of experience in the matter of siding / capping etc... We needed someone we could trust to put the siding up.

They arrived promptly and started putting the siding up while my wife and I were away at work. Unfortunately, when we returned home, we noticed the siding was not the color we had committed to. We feared the fight ahead, if this was the tone they were setting at the start of the job...

A few emails later, we had identified the misfire in communication, Consumer's choice took full accountability of the issue and removed the incorrect siding, putting up the new siding without complaints.

As they say, stuff happens, this was an expensive mistake for them to absorb (as well they should) but there were no complaints or friction in the process, the installers were understanding as was the customer service team.

When it came time to pay for the installation (an agreed upon credit card purchase over the course of the installation in installments), they unfortunately charged the full amount to our credit card, resulting in a fee from our banking institution for going over our available limit. We brought this to their attention and without complaint, we received a cheque in the mail in the full amount of the fee from the bank.

As for a finished product, we love our siding, the quality is apparent in their work. When mistakes happened, they were met with true customer service and ownership and they ensured we finished our transaction satisfied.
