We recently had a picture window replaced by Consumers' Choice Home Improvements and were very pleased with the completed project. Everything was so well organized, communication about time lines, dates, etc was excellent and the finished product is exactly what we wanted. No muss, no fuss. This was the easiest renovation project ever.

I am increasing my star rating after speaking with our rep from Consumer’s Choice who was quick to reach out and rectify the situation. We were initially dissatisfied after having waited longer than expected for our patio door install.
However there was a miscommunication with our phone number, which caused a longer than usual delay as the company could not get in touch with us, followed by rain on our install day, plus a packaging error made by the supplier (not Consumer Choice’s fault)
With all things considered, they did the best they could, given the unfortunate circumstances. After speaking with our rep Jason, I could tell this company took our concerns very seriously and wanted above all else to make the situation right. With this level of customer service, I would feel confident considering Consumer’s Choice again for my next installation project. The patio door we ordered looks and works great. We’re very happy with the product, and the installers were great too. My only advice would be to perhaps also take down clients’ emails as an alternate way to get in touch!

Very impressed overall with installers, salesman, and product. Windows are appealing and add value to our home. I would highly recommend consumers choice to anyone looking for new Windows, actually already have.

Changed the ground floor 3 windows and enjoying it. The tinted window gives me privacy and less heat flow through in the summer. Although more expensive than others, Beka and crew very professional in the installation. Well worth it.

While it took a while to get the actual windows made and installed, there was much to be commended upon. Install team was very professional and took time to explain the product and the installation method. Clean-up was spotless, and all old materials were taken away. VERY professional.. Thank you

Have several issues after installation, but got call back quickly and followed up. As a customer, what we are looking for and expected is professional advice and good product. I got some followed up advice afterwards, which I really preferred I would have got them ahead.

After comparing and getting quotes from 4 different window companies. I decided to go with Consumers Choice Windows.

David, the sales representative and also happens to be the owner's son, did an excellent job on explaining their products, warranty, and gave me the best possible deal he could offer me. He was very knowledgeable, genuine and enthusiastic about their products. The sales person that you can definitely trust.

The windows and garden door installer Lucas was very very good and experienced installer. He did an excellent job especially on my kitchen window which has backslash tiles around it (most other installers told me most likely they would damage the tiles while installing that window).

The shutter installer Charles also did an excellent job on measuring and installation. The shutters look great and work perfectly on all the windows. I am very happy with it.

Overall, I had a very good experience dealing with all the people involved from this company. I'd definitely recommend this company.

VERY PLEASED WITH OUR NEW WINDOWS AND FRAMES. THE FATHER AND SON THAT INSTALLED WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. WE LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING OUR DOORS DONE IN THE SPRING.
