I have used consumers choice for several projects now, and would not hesitate to contact them in the future. The egress window was a big job and the work was extremely cost effective and well done. The customer service team is responsive and professional and helped resolve the only issue I had. Good company, good prices and good products.

We have used Burlington Heating and Air Conditioning a few times now and have always been pleased with their work. Despite a hectic summer, Dave, the owner, always made time for us and assisted us with our projects. We are just completing a basement reno, and he was very professional and came up with great ways to reduce the need for bulkheads for the finished product. Great people and great service.

We have used Kraun for several projects now, and we feel compelled to keep reviewing them because they are so fantastic. Kraun's set pricing per unit and their commitment to excellence and professionalism makes every experience with them a breath of fresh air. We trust them completely and could not be more pleased with their work. Chris was our electrician on this job, and he was always on time, was meticulous with his work and always strived to elevate our project to the next level. We will never use another company for our electrical needs.

After dealing with countless unprofessional companies, Kraun Electric came to save the day. One of my pet peeves about many of the trades you try and deal with these days, is that they try and price a job by some magical pricing god in fairy land. Kraun was one of the only companies that came in right away with an itemized contract which showed me (gasp) a scope of work! They also made it part of the contract that an ESA permit was pulled....how refreshing. Then, they impressed me some more by scheduling an actual time and date for the electricians to come, and then...they came! Every day for four days, the electricians came and worked a full day. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional and actually entertained our questions. To be honest, I had pretty much lost faith in the trades because of the mostly entitled attitudes and predatory pricing, but Kraun made me feel like there are some good companies still out there. Kraun will be my go to company for all of my electrical needs going forward. Excellent job.

After tirelessly searching for a company that would provide a reasonable price for a hot water heater and installation, Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning both surprised and impressed us. The pricing was fantastic, making an appointment was easy and the installation was as seamless as could be expected.

I called True home comfort after trying for several weeks to get someone to help me rectify some code violations. Jason called me right away, and not only agreed to help me, but he actually investigated the problem and advised me that he would do whatever he could do to help. Jason and Chris came to my house on time (early in fact) and they did everything they could to help me. When they were unable to fix one problem that was outside of their scope, they tried to recommend companies that might be able to assist me. The work was done well and the fee was reasonable. I am very grateful for their help and would recommend them highly.

I called Gasfix because I had a hot water heater installed recently, and while the installers were at my house, they decided to inspect other appliances and served me two code violations called "B" violations. I called several companies and few people bothered to call me back. I finally found gasfix on Homestars and they agreed to help me right away. The gas technician was behind schedule, but he called me to let me know he was late which was very courteous. The repair was completed quickly and at a reasonable cost and the company was quick to report the repair to Union gas, so I am now in compliance. I am very happy with the service I recieved.

I was completing a renovation and was frustrated because many electricians I contacted did not even bother to call me back. Pierre called right away and not only gave me a fair estimate, but he talked me out of doing expensive and unnecessary work. The job was priced as a whole, and not by the hour, which was very comforting because there were no cost overruns. Pierre was very professional and the work he competed was more than I expected. Pierre made excellent suggestions about the placement of outlets and potlights and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent work and fair pricing.
