Pat was great! Fast, Pleasant and efficient! I am new to the area and they were highly recommended by the property manager. They lived up to the recommendation! Will definitely call them in the future if I have any plumbing issues!

Jan 2017 - contracted Bradshaw Plumbing, who I've used before, to do a partial bathroom renovation. Everyone (consultant, contractor, plumber + painter) was knowledgeable, helpful, easy to work with throughout the process. A good team - very professional. Job well done! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had a slow leak from the flush valve. I went to several plumbing stores and had a very hard time finding the part. So I decided to get a plumber to look at my situation. The other plumbing company quoting me $250 for parts and labor.

I contacted Bradshaw via email, Glen called back and had me send some pictures of the toilet. Glen went away and after a few hours of research, he called me back, telling me which part I need. The part was $30 - this saved me over $200 (as per quote from other plumber). Bradshaw didn't charge me anything for the time. I really appreciate Glen for his service. If I have other plumbing issues, I will work with them again.

Had a leaking pipe so called Bradshaw our local plumbing & renovation company. Plumber came in, identified problem. Said we would have to redo shower stall and that the sales person from Bradshaw would be in touch. We paid him approx. $150 to diagnose the problem. Sales person didn't call. I had to call her. We set up appointment and over the phone I gave her approx. dimensions of shower stall she said it would cost approx. $6,000. I said o.k. come and do quote. She didn't show up and instead called at the scheduled time to ask if she could reschedule. We rescheduled meeting, she came in, took measurements and said it would cost approx. $8,000. I said o.k. put a written quote together. She said it would take about 1 1/2 weeks to get the quote. I waited the 1 1/2 weeks and she never called. I had to call her. She said I had to go into the showroom to get the quote so we arranged a time. Ended up the quote didn't include everything we talked about and was now up to $10,000. The quote showed individual pricing for some products and labour. Didn't include a payment schedule. When I asked for a copy of the quote to take home she said ok but deleted all of the individual pricing so I couldn't use it to compare to other quotes. What kind of business practice is this? She was rude to me and I left. I thought I should tell the owner what his sales people were up to. I called him and he said can I call you back in 5 minutes. His sales person is his sister in law. Their website says they built their family business on the principles of integrity and professionalism but can't stand behind their quote. They can't give me a proper written quote outlining what I'm paying for which is standard business practice. Obviously trying to hide that they are over charging for their products and services. BUYER BEWARE....I'll never use or recommend their services to anyone!

We have just completed having our bathroom renovated by Bradshaw. They took out our dated bathtub and replaced it with a beautiful walk in shower. They also rearranged the shower to give us a sense of more space. We also had a new toilet, and new floor put in. They started on the date promised and did a good job of cleaning up each day. Bradshaw had a wonderful team working for us. Wayne was most helpful designing our new bathroom. Suzanne was great at working with us to coordinate colours and materials. She even came to the house to help choose the best paint colour. Mike the main renovator asked for our input and made valuable suggestions. We also appreciated Karen's phone calls telling us what was happening next and following up with any concerns we had. We love our new bathroom and would recommend Bradshaw to anyone wanting a bathroom renovation.

Our en-suite renovation was completed 2011. The grout on the tiled shower floor has cracked twice and and been repaired twice. Now the grout is disintegrating and there are chunks of grout missing from the tiled floor. The company won't correct this ongoing problem at no charge.

Bill at Bradshaw plumbing was able to assist with my needs and was very helpful. His team was able to repair a damaged backflow prevention system installed by another company.

My basement drain had cracked and the trap was no longer holding water. Bradshaw opened the basement floor, replaced the drain and trap, installed a trap primer from the ground floor laundry room and cemented the basement floor. They came as scheduled, the job was done well and they cleaned up very well afterword. The worker (Mike) was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
I had received another quote for this work that was approximately four times as much.

We were extremely impressed with Bradshaw's, from the first meeting with Karen to the completion of the bathroom. They were very prompt and made sure the area was cleaned everyday before leaving. Because this bathroom was in an older part of the house some problems were discovered but they were quick to fix and make adjustments when necessary. We have no problem in recommending Bradshaw's as the quality of their work is first class.
