Technician Brodie trouble shot and fixed the problem left over from a previous (unaffiliated) contractor. Observed a fire hazard with our dryer and another disconnected pipe leaking lint behind the machine nearby. (I never would have noticed.) Hazard averted. This was not his job.

We are very happy with the friendly advice we got from one of the workers of Bradshaw. He found were the leak started and gave us some tips how to remedy it. He could have made a lot more money if he had advised us differently. Very much appreciated. Thanks from us Tom and Helen

It may seem like a little thing, but the toilet tank lid in my bathroom broke. I really didn't want to have to replace the whole toilet. Thinking I'd get better service in my small home town thanToronto, I went looking for help and was sorely disappointed. No one seemed interested in helping me find a replacement tank lid. I then turned to the internet and handsome fabulous customer service at 2 companies located in the US, but unfortunately they didn't ship to Canada. To make. Long story short, I was discouraged and frustrated when I clicked on a link that took me to Bradshaw Plumbing. In a matter of minutes, I was dealt with courteously and efficiently over the phone. The friendly staff said they'd check on the availability of a replacement tank lid, and within minutes called back to confirm they had found one. An order was quickly placed and within a few days I t had arrived. I don't normally write reviews, but the courteous, expert, and friendly service over what was such a little thing to them in the big picture of business and yet such a huge deal to me prompted me to post this. If such service was provided for such a small thing, I can only imagine what would be provided in a large job. So grateful to have ended up in the hands of this company after a frustrating start. We just completed a bathroom renovation with Bradshaws,converting a tub to a walk in shower. We were impressed with Bradshaws at every step of the project.....from designing,estimating,selecting the finishes and completing the installation.Karen thoroughly explained the pricing and process to us and kept us well informed throughout the renovation. Mike, Dmetri and Jim were meticulous in their work. The shower was designed to our unique needs and looks amazing.

Our kitchen sinks pipes are 1 1/4" installed 9 years ago. My husband was told at a home repair store that no parts were available and we'd have to have them all replaced with 1 1/2" pipes. However, the plumber from Bradshaw brought the right 1 1/4" part on the first and only service call and was able to replace only the leaky one saving us time and money. Thanks, Bradshaw!

I hired Bradshaw to change my kitchen faucet and clear a clogged drain. The clogged drain turned out to be a bigger job than expected. Brodie was very professional, tidy and knowledgable. He ended up changing 8 feet of clogged pipe. We just moved into our home and this was very surprising to us and Brodie.
We are very pleased with the service provided by Bradshaw (Brodie). Will definitely recommend Bradshaw to family and friends.

I had Brodie come over to install two electronic Toto toilets. One was smooth and the other required fixing and then an install. Brodie came over with some hardcopy to take the thing apart and then put it back together. The cost of the toilets were astronomical and I was very concerned that this install wasn't going to to well. Brodie excelled at what he did and we couldn't be happier.
