Bradshaw's did a bathtub to step in shower conversion, new bathroom sink and floors and new kitchen counters, backsplash and dishwasher installation in October 2023. As part of the Reno they also arranged for asbestos abatement for the bathroom and kitchen floors. Owner Wayne Bradshaw was very approachable, listened to my requests, was easy to get hold of, and, came to the site several times to check on progress and enquire about concerns. Jason, at the office, was obliging with scheduling requests. Faik completed all of the shower conversion with a high degree of skill and attention to detail. Larry installed the sink, not an easy task. All of the staff and outside companies working for Bradshaw's demonstrated professionalism and respect when working in my home. I would be pleased to recommend Bradshaw's.

We had an ongoing issue with an expensive, leaky, shower valve.
I spoke with several members of the Bradshaw team, all were professional, helpful, responsive and friendly to deal with.
The plumber arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and installed a new shower valve.

Brodie, was able to quickly fix our plugged kitchen sink. He was very professional when he was diagnosing and correcting the problem.

Mike came to our house the day after calling to make the appointment. We needed help replacing leaky plumbing in our kitchen and installing a faucet in a nearby washroom. He completed both job in just over an hour and the price was very reasonable. He was very friendly and professional. He followed all COVID protocols during his visit. We're very happy with the results.

Jim did a great job installing 2 toilets for me, he was very neat and tidy. Also did a great job with plumbing under the kitchen sink. I would highly recommend, they were very helpful and did a great cleanup after.

Well, I have to concur with other reviews. Don't use them for big jobs. Buyer beware. Small jobs like faucet repair/replace etc., fine. Had good experience with Bradshaw for these small jobs and decided to use them for this big job. Really not interested in doing the work. The work of the drain install etc. was good. The rest was not. Customer Service is an alien concept to them. Very argumentative. Hence the low rating. They have lost a long term loyal customer (over 20 yrs). Payment options are not great especially in these times of COVID-19 (cheque or e-transfer only, no repayment terms). I was planning to use Bradshaw for more work, NOT. So long Bradshaw Plumbing. After this experience I regret using Bradshaw. Should have gone with another company. Oh well, live and learn.

Very happy with the work done! Larry who did most of the work was great and was careful not to make a mess anywhere. Chris the tiler is a perfectionist. He showed me my options before he laid the first tile and did everything I asked. Wayne Bradshaw showed up on site the first day to make sure everything was in order. A well oiled machine! Highly recommended.

Had a leaky pipe coming out from the wall, called Bradshaw Plumbing and they were able to schedule an appointment quickly. The guys were polite and was glad to see were wearing masks during these uncertain times. (as I was as well) The work was done quickly and fixed my issue! I would definitely use them again for future plumbing needs. Thanks

my neighbor recommended the company, Brodie came in to repair ,very professional ,knew what he was doing and great work ethics completed the job in less then 3o mins .

Pricing I thought was a bit high ,as it is a lot of money during the difficult times.

Came to replace gasket on rear exit toilet. When completed--wrote that it wasn't warranted against leaks. Leaked the next day. That was when I noticed he wouldn't warrantee on my work order. But he didnt tell us that up front. This company is at our retirement condo almost everyday....which doesnt look good in my eyes. They are next door to our condo. WE Just recently moved in. Toilet is heavy duty and is attached to thick brass rear exit (does not attach to drywall).
