Each time he came out, not only did he repair what was blown off, but he also inspected the rest of the roof, making minor repairs where needed just to be safe. After the patchwork repairs were completed, Tom always gave me a through explanation, provided pictures and his honest opinion if and when the roof needed to be replaced. Fast forward to this year, and the wife and I decided it was time to replace the roof the builders put on the house 12 years ago. Without hesitation I gave Tom a call and he was over within a few hours to take a look and provide an estimate. Needless to say, after speaking with two other companies, Tom came in with the most reasonable quote, using top of the line materials and the best warranty. Tom was onsite and showed up with his crew first thing in the morning on our agreed up date, took great care to cover up and protect my property and had the job done later that afternoon. His crew took the time to clean up, and left the place looking like they were never there. I would definitely recommend Mega City Roofing to anyone looking for a reputable and trustworthy company who knows how to get the job done!
