Had Petar and his crew do a complete roof makeover. Starting with new shingles, Velux sky lights, ridge vent, edge guards, eavestroughs, downspouts, ventilated soffits and fascia. After a quote on Friday they started work on the Monday morning. Kept us informed on exactly what they would do and on a fast timeline, considering it's December and close to Christmas. The quality of work was excellent with great attention to detail everywhere and made sure we were happy with the results. They did everything as promised with no surprises and the customer service provided was absolutely first class. We are very satisfied customers. Highly recommended.

Had a sewer backup incident after a big storm on Aug.4 in the evening and called the emergency number at 9:30pm. On Aug.5 Chris our project manager was on scene at 9:00am. On Side staff arrived that afternoon to start work and begin the removal of wet carpeting and drywall. It was a big job in my mind and we were very impressed with the quality, speed and thoroughness of the work performed. From the project manager to the construction manager to all of the front line workers they were simply excellent. The quality of the finished work is top notch. I highly recommend On Side Restoration!!

Needed a replacement air conditioner on Friday May 29th and Brad from Madek confirmed on Saturday that a new unit was available at an excellent price for the complete service. He arrived with it at 8am on Monday morning. Very impressed with the service and quality of the work. Very neat, tidy and cleaned up the furnace room when he finished. Even fixed issues that a previous service tech ignored and just left. Very professional, meticulous and personable. He answered all the questions I had about the unit and advised me how to look after it in the future. I highly recommend Brad and will have him maintain any future HVAC work that I may need.

Requested a service call on May 26 for my AC unit which was not cooling. Leo was nice, pleasant enough, quick and asked if I wanted a leak test which was a flat $500 fee. Didn't have much of a choice considering the circumstances on a hot day. He showed me where the evaporator coil was leaking in 2 places. He submitted the old unit's model & serial numbers to see if they were under manufacturer's warranty after 7 years. It was no longer covered. The email estimate I received on May 28 was for $2400 to replace the evaporator coil with a link that asked to accept the repair. Not a practical solution considering the compressor and condenser coil could be just as "iffy" at 7 years old. I asked for a quote on a replacement unit on May 28 and I've still got no response 4 1/2 days later. I talked with 2 other service techs who said that $500 is a high fee for a leak test service, which is often part of the Initial diagnostic/service call for a "not cooling", and sometimes but not always a small fee might be added for it, but not $500. In spite of acting on a positive referral from a colleague, there's no way I would be able to recommend Atlas Care.

Hart Design Centre/Happy Harry's installed new double doors for our front entrance. Joanne at the front desk was knowledgeable about every aspect of their products and installation and we had lots of doors and glass to choose from. They were very competitively priced and and met all promised timelines. The install team was fast, efficient and courteous. The work was very neatly done. Entire job was completed in less than 4 hours from start to finish. Very impressed with the company. Highly recommended!

Needed to have my soffit vents in the attic cleared and new longer baffles installed because the old attic insulation had shifted over the years & was blocking ventilation. Had additional roof vents installed too. And a general roof inspection to look for aging & shingle problems. Prompt service. Clean and tidy. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Hired TJ's to remove a 29 yr. old gas insert & firebox and install a new direct vent unit. Charles and Justin did a great job over the few days it took. They were professional, courteous and efficient. The finished job with the glass & stone tiles at the mantle and the finished floor tiles look just great. Very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend the company.

Called HDS at 8:30 this morning and the tech got here at 9:40 to repair a broken door spring. The tech was courteous, quick and efficient. The job was straightforward and he finished just after 10. I paid what I expected according to the phone call. Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended.
