replaced garage door on sept 19, 2019. Door was making awkward sounds when closing. Called in 19 days after warranty expired (1 Year). explained that we had serious family medical issues (covid related) and were unable to call earlier eventhough the door was malfunctioning for over 2 months. Response was surprising. Someone told us that the service person was great, that the person we talked to was polite and respectful and unfortunately we were past warranty term. Nothing they can do, except charge us the service fee. I say 'someone' because the person who replied to our email did not provide a name? interesting for a family owned business. So sad! I will never use this company again and will spread our experience with others.

Sorry,I do believe Mr.Cherubini there is some confusion after reviewing your phone call you placed Sat Oct 3. Brad it is clear introduced himself when you called. Their was no mention of medical issues or anything of the sort in this phone call. We are sorry we did not give you a free service call, but Brad did try to help you over the phone in recommendations on how to fix the noise issue. You did say you would try this first. Brad was taken back on your e-mail content on Monday morning though.(your signed contract attached to this file ) What is surprising, is that you are choosing to go after a small business in these trying times knowing that it is past your warranty period.
