I had a mostly positive experience with this company. The outcome of the floors is quite nice and clean in appearance, and Owen even went the extra step to descale and polish the ceramic surface of the stovetop, which was a very kind thing to do. The appointment started nearly two hours late, though Owen did send map updates of his ETA. My one reservation with giving an 8/10 review is that Owen commented that the work took much longer than expected, that he should have charged more, that I shouldn’t install floors again, etc. I found this surprising and quite off putting, as I sent numerous pictures of the work that was to be done to receive the quote. Overall, though, I am happy with the end results.

We've been working on a complete home renovation for the last few months, and have bought many items (i.e., toilet, drywall, vanity, tiles, etc.), from this Home Hardware location. The service is always exceptional, the staff is very knowledgable, and as a woman, very respectful of my questions. I would definitely recommened this location, particularly because almost alll the items I ever needed have been in stock! When an item was not availalbe, the special order was ready for pick-up within three business days! Awesome!

We ordered mirrored closet doors from this Home Depot location last Fall. The customer service representative was exceptionally nice, if not completely knowledgable. We were assured that the two sets of doors would arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. Thankfully, we were called and told that the order had arrived in just under four weeks. We drove our purchase home, and opened the boxes, and came to realize that only one set of doors was actually delivered. When I called back the store to see what had happened to the other half of the delivery, I was told that they did not know, but would look into and get back to me by the end of the day. Again, a very nice customer service person attempted to help, but after several days, they could not locate the second half of the order. They called the company and, indeed, the complete order had been filled out. After over a week of not knowing what had happened to the other order, I finally cancelled it, and had my money returned, deciding to buy elsewhere. Even though I didn't want to, I went to the HomeDepot location at the Stockyards, and placed my order. When they entered the information, the lady told me that I had just returned that order, BROKEN, and wanted to know why I was ordering again. TOTALLY confused, I told her I did NOT receive the order, and that, in fact, the store said they weren't even able to locate it! She said a set of mirror doors with MY name on it had been returned by the Wickstead store BROKEN! I think they very well knew that the doors had broken, either in transit or in the store, and decided to say they couldn't locate it! How dishonest!

We had a complete bathroom renovation done in December of 2008, and continue to use this company, and their contractor, Bryce, to complete a new bathroom and laundry closet. Bryce was detailed in his work, and was adaptable to suggestions and feedback. We appreciated his understanding with fitting in our needs/desires within our very tight budget, as he still delivered quality work.

The customer service was exceptional! My television was back-ordered, but the sales associate I worked with, Mike, made sure to call me often to let me know the status of my order, and sent a thank you card when the item was delivered.

I bought a beautiful Bauhaus sofa, and thought I got the best deal in town. But, it was actually cheaper at several of the "big box" stores.
