Overall amazing experience from start to finish. The sales team did a great job in explaining the pros and cons of various options. The scheduling and admin team kept us updated regularly with status of our installation on a regular basis (This was the best experience in this regard with any company i have ever dealt with) and the installation crew was amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a basement waterproofing solution.

We recently purchased a brand new home and wanted to buy shutters for our windows. We did a lot of research online and we requested quotes from several shutter companies and ultimately we chose Canada Custom Shutters. We chose them for several reasons. The professional knowledge and expertise of Nick was extremely important to our decision. He knew exactly what we were looking for and clearly had the industry knowledge and experience that we could trust. He spoke to us over the phone using FaceTime on our very first introductory meeting and was clearly prepared. He provided options, answered all our questions and made numerous suggestions that would give us the look and feel we were looking to achieve. He followed up a personal visit to our home which was a substantial drive from his home base and did all the measurements to provide an accurate and fair quote. Once he provided the quote we were 100% confident we had found the right person and shutter company to deal with. They have now been installed in our new home and we could not be happier with the quality of the materials, the look and colors are all exactly what we were hoping for. We spent a lot of money on our new home purchase and the shutters make our home look so warm with the professional installation and quality materials. We previously used other Lawn Care companies with very mixed results and inconsistent customer service. We started using HomeTurf 3 years ago and our grass is looking better each season with fewer and fewer weeds. The entire experience with Parkers Window cleaning was top notch and amazing. From the original quotation which was extremely quick response there are not enough words to describe how extremely satisfied we are with the outcomes, the scheduling, etc. Dealing with companies that are transparent, upfront and reliable is rare and Parkers Window cleaning far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I would recommend Chloe and her staff to anyone. Thank you for a great experience. Our windows look fantastic, our home was left in pristine condition and everything was done in a timely fashion as we had agreed to. We will definitely be back in the future for any window cleaning or gutter cleaning services.

I booked this company through Groupon for 79 dollars which included duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. When I booked appointment I was advised about additional costs $10 per vent and 29 for additional hookup. Based on 8 additional vents my total expected cost was approx 200. However when the techs were in my home I was advised about numerous additional costs which are not outlined anywhere on their website and never mentioned when booking appointment. If I had agreed the additional costs would have added almost 300 dollars to total job. Suddenly this deal (What a joke) jumped to almost 500 dollars. Read the other reviews and you will see I am not the only person to have had such a brutal experience. If you want a quality job and transparent up front quotes - THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH.

We hired Royal Stone based on a referral and the experience has been very positive. The work is ongoing as we write this review but the work that has been completed so far is superior quality to our expectations. John P is our project manager and he quoted the job and supervised each stage of the project. John is a pleasure to work with as he was/is always available to answer questions and he provides his expertise and knowledge as required. His recommendations have been excellent so far and we are looking forward to the completion of the overall renovation. Back in February we had a fairly violent wind storm that knocked several shingles off the roof. Through HOME STARS I came across RooFRepairs and called Brad who came out the very same day within a few hours of my phone call. He fixed the damaged shingles in a very efficient fashion and made me glad that I called him. He told me he would come out in the spring to inspect the work, which he did as promised. Oveall I am extremely pleased with my experience with Roofrepairs.ca and would not hesitate to contact Brad again if needed. Or should I say when needed, as my roof will likely need to be replaced in a few years. Thank you Brad.

Although Chris was likely "just doing his job" when he repaired my garage door this morning - I must say how refreshing it is to deal with employees who take pride in their work, are competent and efficient.
