Although Chris was likely "just doing his job" when he repaired my garage door this morning - I must say how refreshing it is to deal with employees who take pride in their work, are competent and efficient. Chris was all of those things and more. In a world where even regular decent customer service is all too rare my experience with this individual deserves to be recognized. Kudos to Chris and DODDS. Keep up the great work. And I will definitely recommend your company to friends and neighbors. And in fact I am considering garage door replacement in the near future and my first call will be to DODDS.
