We are so appreciative of Martino HVAC and our service technician Kyle. Our AC stopped working and it was a stat holiday during a heatwave of +40 degrees Celsius temperatures. Kyle was still able to make it out on the same day. He gave us a time bracket and arrived near the beginning of the bracket with a call to say how far out he was. He checked the vents, furnace, thermostat, electrical panel and AC unit and quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 15 minutes - the part was on hand. He clearly explained the issue and answered all questions we had. The price was fair and came with a one year warranty on the new part. We are really impressed with the quick and friendly service and price. We definitely recommend this company.

We purchased a new home and after our first bath, we found water dripping through the ceiling to our living room below. We called Mr. Rooter and the agent was very nice - within 1 hour we had an appointment for the next morning. The serviceman George arrived on time and was very friendly. He did a diagnostic check to determine the problem and was very thorough. He provided us a price before proceeding and explained the issue very clearly to us. We felt comfortable and he proceeded with the fix that day. There was an additional problem found which led to costs being added to the overall price, but George thoroughly explained why this occurred and received approval before continuing. He even arranged for a water damage expert to come the same day to check for mould and advise on any additional work that would be required after the plumbing issue was resolved. The water damage expert was professional and friendly and verified that we did not require their assistance because the damage was minimal. It was a big piece of mind to get that confirmation. Overall we were very happy with the service and felt comfortable through the whole process.
