I used Neon Cleaners as my son and daughter in law were moving into a home that was in very rough shape, extremely dirty. I contacted Mary and she was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and explained and set up a cleaning day very quickly.

The entire process from booking the cleaning to the job being completed was very easy and took so much stress away from my son and his family.

On the day of the cleaning, Nina and her team arrived and did an excellent deep clean job. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were very thorough and everything was scrubbed from top to bottom. The place was in very rough shape and Neon did a wonderful deep clean job.

I would not hesitate to recommend Neon Cleaners for any cleaning service.

Neon Cleaners did a deep clean of our home before we moved in and is now helping us with monthly cleans. The team is always on time, does an excellent job and is lovely to deal with. I would happily recommend Mary and her team to anyone looking for a one-off clean or help month to month.

We decided to treat ourselves to an early Christmas gift and schedule a Deep Clean so our house would be nice and refreshed before the holiday season. The process to get a quote was easy and Mary was friendly and helpful. The website only mentioned Oakville and Burlington, but when I inquired directly I was able to book even though we live in Brampton.

Pilar came as scheduled on our chosen cleaning day and did a great job. When she left, the house looked tidy and neat from top to bottom. We were very impressed with the service and are looking to book a regularly scheduled cleaning in the new year.

Nina and Stacey did a phenomenal job. Very detailed and focused on making sure everythint was spotless, and ensured i was happy with everything before they left. Great workers and great customer service! I will definitely use Neon again in the future.

I had the fine folks at Neon come and do a complete deep cleaning after renovation of my duplex in Hamilton. Both units were scrubed top to bottom and look fantastic.

I had a short notice cleaning for my Airbnb and Neon cleaners could prepare the house on time in perfect clean spotless shape. Maria and her colleague paid attention to details. we are going to hire them for future needs.

Overall, I give Neon Cleaners Inc 3.5/5. I had a move out deep clean done and everything, including the window sills, were cleaned. The entire job took about 5 hours for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with 2 cleaners. Their communication was excellent. They quickly sent over a quote and were able to answer any questions or make any changes that I requested. However, I am deducting a few stars for a couple of things. They arrived 30min past the window they were supposed to arrive. I understand that traffic is unpredictable so Im not faulting them for being late. They also had an issue with finding parking. I would suggest asking for any parking notes for future jobs so they know where they can park so it doesnt cause any further delays. My main complaint, however, is that I was charged for services that I didnt want. My original quote had included cleaning the interior of the oven, fridge and windows. I ended up requesting these services to be removed, which they were, and a new quote was sent that I ended up approving. However, after services were done, I found them on my invoice and voiced that they were supposed to be removed. They eventually apologized for the mistake but offered no solution or offered to take the charges off since the cleaners had already cleaned them. Despite these issues, they did do a good job and I would recommend their services, I would just make sure to confirm everything before the job

We needed a deep clean to get the house ready for our daughter's wedding this week. Mary and her two ladies arrived promptly and after a quick tour, got right to work.
I was impressed at the coordinated effort and sparkling results. They were very professional, and we would bring them back. Highly recommended.

Very prompt replies to my request. Three ladies did a great job. Arrived five minutes early, and left everything 100% clean, and left me 100% satisfied.
